Different spaces, Different Ambient Lighting

Should the ambient lighting in a corridor be the same as the ambient lighting in a waiting room? Probably not. Flexible Ambient offers lighting options so you can specify what makes sense for each space. Imagine a single troffer that can comfortably illuminate a visitor lounge while also directing targeted accent lighting to artwork on the walls. That’s Flexible Ambient. Ideal for maintaining a lighting aesthetic throughout the facility, but with the ability to change the effect to best suit each individual space.

Photometric Scale Tool

Information

For Linears – Target Total Luminaire Lumens, calculate by multiplying the original length by your desired lumen value. For example, if you want 800 lumens, multiply 800 × 4 (original length). Target Total Luminaire Lumens input would be 3200.

For optimal accuracy, always use a maximum length of 4ft. Anything beyond this includes only one light source. Note: Direct/Indirect scales proportionally and cannot be adjusted separately.
